How we work:

At Cambrian Classics we know that classic car owners have unique priorities and that every vehicle is different. We usually only take on one large project at a time, to ensure your car gets the time and attention it deserves. We believe communication is key and so we involve you at every step of the repair process:

  • Offer initial free consultation for projects – either over the phone or at your home
  • Provide updates on progress – to discuss specific repair/upgrade options with your budget in mind
  • Create detailed itemized invoices – both for your information and to add to the providence of the car

Whether you are focused on the preservation of originality or practical performance, we work with you to ensure a high-quality, long-lasting repair for your special vehicle. Visitors are very welcome, but as it is primarily our home, so we do ask that you call ahead to make an appointment.

Tim can also offer his services as a mobile mechanic, for either home visits or local breakdown call-out to keep your road trip on the move.

Tim has worked in the local motor trade for over a decade and has organised the Aberystwyth and District MG Owner’s Club for over 10 years, so he has a considerable network of trusted contacts within West Wales. Tim also has a good selection of classic MG parts from engines and gearboxes to body panels and seats, so don’t forget to call us if you are in need of spares. Whether it is regular servicing and MOTs, sourcing specialist parts, or managing a larger restoration project, please do give us a call to chat about your requirements and see how we can help you.
